"Banning a Member" can only be done by a Super Mod or higher. If you have a situation where a Cpt or LT listed you inactive, or deleted you off of their user group for inactivity, that is not the same thing. The membership is for people who have either left the community on their own accord, or were kicked from the community for violating the Honor Code, in one way or another. I dont know what your situation is, but let me know if I can help.
