ok, first click on home in the top left hand corner, then click on UCP then scroll down all the way , on the left hand side there will be a thing titled Username Request, click on that and follow the instructions from there, then TA DA you sent a request for a change to your username. might take a day or two to reflect the changes, but when it happens you will get a message saying so.
