My real name is Javier Ramirez and I was born and raised in Chicago Illinois, graduated high school in Detroit Michigan and joined the Marine Corps soon after high school graduation. My intention was to complete a full fledged career in the Marine Corps, however, the man upstairs obviously had different plans for me as I sustained injury during the Desert Storm/Desert Shield campaign when daddy Bush was in office. I took one in the chest and almost lost my left leg, however, obviously the man upstairs did not think it was my time to leave Earth so I had open chest surgery to repair my injuries and a rod implanted in my left femur bone, (thigh bone).
I naturally feel blessed to be alive and realize what we all take for granted each and every day of our lives. I have just finished raising five kids, (three girls two boys), to whom I am very proud of who they have become. I have been married forever to the most beautiful, kindhearted, affectionate, ingenious, sexiest, strongest, (takes no crap), classiest woman I have ever met to whom I owe everything to and is the reason why I am the man I am today.
As with many veterans who are injured during a campaign I have acquired medical conditions that my wife and I have learned to cope and deal with. I have acquired PTSD, (post dramatic stress disorder), and TBI, (traumatic brain injury), and and only those who have family members that has either of these conditions can understand what I am going through.
Although I am limited in doing the things that I used to do I have acquired hobbies that I love and enjoy to do with other like-minded individuals like playing video games. Keeps me home and definitely out of trouble. At the moment my wife and I are over the road truck drivers and drive as husband and wife team driving from Virginia, (where I currently reside), to California every single week. I have recently been staying home to attend medical appointments that are due and will be rejoining my wife in a few weeks from now so I figure I go back to doing what I love to do and that is playing video games.
I am an old fashion individual who appreciates old fashion ethics and morals. My expectations of others are high when I say I would like to be treated as I would treat them however one thing I have learned in my life is that you could never control the actions of other people but you can always control your reactions towards them that will always dictate your outcome. And in the world of video games one must learn to pick our battles and maintain a level head from those individuals whose only purpose is to make people mad and frustrated playing the game we all love to play
