MACKGASSIN22, I need you to two things.
First, click "About Me" on your profile (Directly Above), then click the yellow pencil next to "XG Rank" update it to "Recruit" then "Save".
Next, click "Community" on the top of the page, then click "Join A Clan" in the drop down menu, scroll down until you find "KoG Crusade" select the bubble to the right of it, scroll all the way to the bottom and click "Join Group", fill out the appropriate information then submit/send the request. The reason you have to redo this part is because you sent a join request to "Captains - KoG" instead of "KoG Crusade".
