Try clicking on setting, on the top right of your screen. Then click on Join-A-Clan, it's about in the middle of the collum on the left.

Then scroll down till you find the clan that you're looking for. click the white circle to join the clan. Then scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the buttom "Join Clan". Enter the gamertag of the member that recruited you and submit.
