I don't know if coming back for free is an option; you were approved as a minor if you remember. Also, just because other people got back for free doesn't necessarily mean that you will. You may have left at the same time that they did, but you had also left multiple times previously (and got back in through an Amnesty before they had the Grass Wasn't Greener forum). So you are unique even though your circumstances may be similar to theirs.
