Usually just once a year, and I was trying to hold out until after the dust settled on the Contingency split to take a quiet break, but it just got to be too much.
Participating in conversations, for me, is a strenuous activity. I hear things, but not the way you guys hear things. When there are multiple people talking it all becomes one big noise. It's hard to explain. I've gotten much better at it through practice over the years (IRL is much easier because I can read lips) but occasionally I have to take breaks from all unnecessary conversation. These breaks help my headache go away, stop me from being tired all the time, and even help my balance and coordination return. So I'll be hella active here on XG and will pop online if an issue arises, and I'll be fully returned before you know it!
