I am very appreciative of the fact that I was given the opportunity to join such an amazing community. From the Recruits to the Division Leaders it has been one person after another that I see doing everything they can to help each other out. To better the community. If it wasn't for Anarchy I would still be running around having a miserable time on Black Ops 2.
Since I joined Syndicate I have come across an enormous amount of amazing members, and at the same time I have come across few that I would like to never come across again. No matter what I try to live up to my responsibility as a Captain in Anarchy. I try to make sure I set the kind of example for our members that is required to keep a community like this alive. Drama is not something we have to deal with as humans if we so choose. It is also something we have to know how to handle the right way if it arises. There is no point in letting members get down each others throats or to tear each other down. We need to get our members focused on lifting each other up and helping each other progress within the community. Doing this creates a sense of family within our clan members. This makes them more willing to back away from an issue with another member rather than argue and it makes them more willing to stick up for each other and work as a team in public lobbies.
Being a part of this community means team work. It means developing a family trust between members and making sure things run smoothly. Taking a position of membership is an agreement to do everything you can no matter what your rank is to insure the success of this community. Our clans are based on our members. If all we look for when recruiting is high KD ratio's, then we are going to fail. We tell our members in Anarchy all the time to recruit for quality in character rather than quality in game play. Why? Just because someone is an amazing player doesn't always mean they are the right kind of fit for us. If you are not working together it makes the game pointless. So why recruit people that don't even pay attention during the read in? Why recruit people you know are only going to play for themselves. To be the best in the lobby. To be the best in a lobby you have to win with your team. Not win for your team. Just some food for thought.
