yeah he was okay with it. he felt rushed as well. turns out he was a private. I could have sworn he was a sergeant and that I messed up on the info on the squad list. So I ranked him up to Sgt. I told him and joker that i wanted them to take a basic/intermediate training course.

Joker has given me very good points on how to help out blue squad. We in blue squad do not need to focus on recruits. we need to focus on getting the people who are inactive to active. They have lost interest and we need to bring that interest back and actually get everyone on the same schedule before we recruit.
