To change your username on here go to your control panel, then at the bottom of your panel is a Request Username thing.
Put in your new name there and it will be put up as soon as it is checked over.

Make sure to update your gamertag infomation on here, and change your rank stuff.

I'll see what I can do about the Website name change.
