In an effort to eliminate drama and keep any kind of favoritism or feelings from influencing decisions XG does not allow husband/wife, boyfriend/girlfriend or immediate family to directly report. We realize that with the amazing members we have at some point you might find the person who completes your life but in the event that you do we require you to notify a leader so one of you can be moved to either another squad or clan . The rank structure is intended to be folowed without personal feeling or emotional decisions affecting directions of our clans.

How to post a squad list:

First you create a thread for a squad list you click on &#8220;Post New Thread&#8221;
Next you click on the &#8220;Prefix&#8221; and select a &#8220;Squad List&#8221;(color) whatever color you want to use. Then you put your squad&#8217;s name for the title Example: Valiant Squad

Remember you need to update your squad list every 1st & 15th of each month. You do this by going to the bottom of your squad list post and select &#8220;Edit Post&#8221; All names must be in alphabetical order!
