Many members know that you must put in time to advance up within the ranks but, also includes upholding responsibilities of their current rank or what is asked of them of their superiors. One thing that must people forget while advancing up through the ranks is PATIENCE. That is something that every leader should have and learn if they haven't already. Today I realized that patience is the key to most things. Think about it to get everything you must wait and not rush everything if you want them done right anyway, now from time to time you may need to be a little pushy here and there but not to the point of where you will cross the line. Remember although you may not have it yet but be patient to whatever you need or ask for and hope and put faith into those who you know or friends and they will come through.
