I got to know Sherman when he was recruited into Militia XK on the 360. He became one of my sgts. Then we moved over to the One and he joined me in Redemption. Sherman had a way of making sure that you knew he was the party or lobby with you. He could be annoying at times, but it was just his way and he was always easy to calm down and fun to be around. I would often get a kick at the number of times he would jump into my parties when we were handling XG business, but he just wanted to say hey and to see how I was doing. A matter of fact, less than a week ago, I was in a party with 2 XIs and 5 other XCs and Sherman jumped in because he had not yet congratulated me on my recent promotion to XC. LMAO I will miss that. But he wanted me to know how happy he was for me.
Sometimes life is cruel, but I am glad that I got to know Sherman over the past 6 years. I was especially proud of the leadership role that he had taken on in XGC and I remember how excited he was to tell me that he had finally made captain.
