To start off, I know the title refers to a perk and not an attachment just take a second and read me out.
I've heard lately from a lot of people that they are getting "melted" in gunfights, a good way to ensure you can turn the tables is by giving 3x attachment a chance.
Finally, we come to the actual attachments. Depending on your preferences you can alter this but this is what I suggest.
SMG (not k7) Core
1. Tracker sight (see tflems thread about tracker sight benefits)
2. Muzzle Break
3. Armor Piercing
SMG (not k7) Hardcore
1. Tracker Sight
2. Silencer
3. Extended Mags
Other weapons categories can benefit from this as well. Just tweak to your hearts content and have fun "melting" people for a change!
