1) FusebaumOWNZ, and Fusebaum.
2) Photoshop CS5.
3) Around 3-4 years of making sigs for various forums/myself
4) Freelancer all the way.
5) These are all the ones I could find. I have quite a bit more, but due to a factory reset on my computer, I lost all of them. These are the only ones from various forums that I could find :)

They are in no particular order, but I'm sure you can see which ones I made further along in my "Photoshop career", or the other way around :p (I also couldn't find my most recent ones, but oh well :/

Hello Fusebaum and thank you for applying to the design team. I would like to begin by letting you know that the application process can be long and sometimes frustrating. However those of us on the design team that will be helping you through this process will be giving advice and suggestions to help you improve your skills and become an amazing designer. We ask that, during your app process, you try to do at least one if not both of the test images provided each week.

Now as for the images that you have submitted. I can tell that you have a good understanding of photoshop and have spent a good amount of time designing sigs. I believe that you have a good understanding of the rule of thirds, flow, and blending. Throughout your app process we will continue to see how you do on these aspects with the signatures you come up with along the way.

We look forward to working with you and seeing the designs that you come up with. :D

Sweet! :D Thanks for the compliments :) I'm definitely looking forward to making signatures for people, and maybe even helping anybody out that would need it ^_^ (I'm not insanely experienced, but I think I know a decent amount of info on making sigs that I could help some people out if they wanted it :D )

Just so your aware of the guidelines. I noticed that a couple of the sigs you submitted were bigger than the max size for the site. :D

Okay :D and yeah, quite a few of them are :p But any future ones wont be over the guidelines :)

Btw, why are you not accepting anymore freelancers?

I believe its due to the fact that we have a good number of freelancers and are in need of more full time members. :D

Gotcha :) but out of curiously, can't a freelancer do just as much as a full time member? Or are freelancers not allowed to do as much as a full time member? I'm still a little confused on how it all works. :p

Yes a freelancer can do as much as a full time member. Full time members just have a little more responsibility than freelancers and are in a sense expected to do more than freelancers. The main thing about being a full time member is that it gives you more time to work on designing compared to still being in an xbox clan and having the responsibilities of both that clan and designing signatures. Just so you know your application for being a freelancer is still good. If you decide that you would rather be a full time member just let us and you clans general know. Keep up the good work.

I'm going to take a moment to clarify the situation.

You're application was put in before the cut off date, so you are still able to apply for freelancer.

Idealy, we would like to have all of the designers be full-time member of XDC. And contrary to popular belief, we, over in XDC, game as well! So if you should decide to transfer over, you will not be leaving a, "Gaming Clan" to join a, "Designing Clan".

All clans in Xiled Gaming are Gaming Clans. This one will just allow you to focus on more website based things, such as designing, writing articles for the home page, hosting community wide events and more.

At the end of the day, we would like to put like-minded individuals with gamers just like them. We love to game! But we also love to design. So we have all joined a clan together. If you like to Game and Design, then we are like-minded and XDC might be a good place for you.

In the mean time, you are absolutely allowed to continue your application as a freelancer since you application was put in before the cut off date. =)

Its looks good, the only thing I'd really change is having her off center For example

Your render is centered, the test is in a good place but the render is smack dab in the middle.

Here is an example of a Sig that follows the rule of thirds:

I don't know. Sometimes I feel that certain sig's don't need to follow the rule of thirds. If you look at some of my sigs, quite a few are in the middle. If they wern't, I feel like they would look stupid. Like the mario sig I did:

If I followed the rule of thirds, I feel like it would just look wrong. I for some reason feel the need to almost always put stuff on both sides of the render and keep it fairly close to the center, rather then push the render off to the left of right. I like the center for some reason :/

Not sure if it's just me or not, but I just don't always like the look and feel that the "rule of thirds" brings. I GOTS TO STEP OUT OF DAT BOX :D

Thanks for the feedback though :D I really appreciate it :D

Hey Fuse, can you toss me a friend request on Xbox Live? =)

and of course I can :D Is your gamer tag on xbox just XDC Ixias?
