Hello PsychoticBunnie and thank you for applying to the design team! I would like to begin by letting you know that this can be a long application process and a little frustrating at times. But we will be working with you throughout the process to help you grow in your abilities as a designer. We look forward to working with you and can't wait to see what kind of designs you come up with!

Now as for the sigs that you have submitted. A very nice place to start. Definately stuff to work on such as blending, text placement, and flow. Good start though. :D

Currently I use photoshop for editing my signatures so I will not be able to help you a lot. However we have some very talented designers that use Gimp and will be able to help you grow into an amazing sig designer.

Looks good, Maybe zoom in a bit on the background to get rid of that green line, I'm assuming its in the background. It looks a bit funny

D: But its an important part of Mario.... Did you never play it? Its the pole you jump on for extra points at the end of every level. I didn't feel right taking it out.... But I suppose I'll throw one up without it, if you really think it'll look better.

Not sure how to do this in gimp, but try putting a 2 pixels wide black border around the sig with out the border you have now, I'm not sure I like it, but maybe that's just me.

Oh I couldn't tell that that was the flag, You should maybe smudge it less so it looks less of a green line and more like a flag.

Ya I'm finding that out. I'm going to spend a whole day going over the different things and seeing what I have missed seeing. Maybe it will help with sigs.

So I did in fact spend nearly an entire day finding and trying out ALL of the Gimp tools and I must say.. Wow there were so many I had no clue about simply because they were so well hidden. So I messed around with my new found tools and made this. Oh I figured out how to get rid of sold color bgs to make a picture into a render, that's really, REALLY helpful.
