Tom Clancy's GR:FS
Tom-Clancy-Ghost-Recon-Future-Soldier.jpg

"There is nothing fair, just, or honorable about combat"- T.C.

In Tom Clancy's latest masterpiece, the player takes control of an elite soldier in a group of Special U.S. op forces-Listed as "Ghosts". The player must complete several missions ranging from simple recon to an all out fire fight, but the unique game play offers much more than the traditional "shoot-em up" style. With up to four players in Co-op, the players have the option to stay silent through most of the game, utilizing active camouflage and team work to steathly take out enemies with out being detected, or go gun-ho and blaze their way through field of enemies wanting nothing more than YOUR blood. Massive customization options allow the players to tune every weapon to their specific needs. Each of the weapon's major components can be interchanged, ranging from optics, to underbelly attachments, and even the type of trigger!

The campaign itself offers hours of game play, with or without your friends, but the real gem of this game lies in its diverse multiplayer modes. The pot is further sweetened by the massive customization available to the players. Every class has the opportunity to unlock over 40 attachments per weapon, including specialized sights, a variety of underrail attachments, different fire rates, side rail attachments, the ammunition used, and more.

The specs:
Rating: M-for mature
Online- Co-op Campaign 1-4 players, system link or XBL/PSN
Multiplayer: 2-12 XBL/PSN

DLC coming soon.

INTERVIEW WITH XGC FORCERECON'S XGC STAKOUT

Interview with XGC ForceRecon's XGC Stakout

Radio- Hey Stakeout, mind if I get your story to share with the rest of XG?

Stake out- Oh god, let's do it.

Radio- haha, alrighty. Why did you join XGC?

Stake out- ill get back to you on that one.

Radio- How long have you been apart of it?

Stake out- ohhh that's a bad question. I actually joined a while back, but then had to leave due to Military Deployment. I became active again when I got back, though I technically resigned but they let me come back.

Radio- How long have you been in the military?
Stake out- Since I was 18
Radio- well how old are you now?
Stake out- 28

Radio- so 10 years?
Stake out- yeah, and one year of what's called DEP, which is Delayed Entry Program, which is a way to enter the military at 17. They allow you to participate in PT and get your career started, with out having the ability to go across seas.

Radio- What branch are you in?

Stake out - Marines.

Radio- why did you choose that branch?

Stake out- Family tradition. It's kinda the family business. Most of the men in my family served, I just took my turn.

Radio- Well I thank you for you and your family's sacrifice. But moving on, how is it to be a General in XGC?

Stake out- Well, it's got it's perks. My captains do most of the work. I just sit back and keep things flowing. I enjoy the people I game with. It's fufilling to be able to run a clan with your own unique style, all while being part of something larger. it's a funny thought, but it's a lot like the military....just...with out the pay.

Radio-I think we all do, otherwise XG wouldn't be very productive, and oh yeah...I'd love to get paid for this too. What do you like to do in your spare time?

Stake out- I enjoy gunsmithing, though I work alot, and don't have much free time. I like to game.

Radio- What type of games do you prefer?

Stake out- First person shooters, and Diable 3. I'm also in to old school games like Super smash Bros.

Radio- You can't beat the classics. I can tell you're a busy man, So thank you for taking the time to have this interview with me.

Stake out- Anytime boo. Hit me up on the box some time.

both look awesome tiny mistakes but very fixable. on the title of the tom clancy one you wrote "Tom Clansy's GH:FS" clancy is spelled wrong and wouldnt it be GR for Ghost Recon? Not sure about that, i dont play the games. the rest was great. one thing i would change in this sentence you used the word "silent" or a variation of it 3 times lol. the players have the option to stay silent through most of the game, utilizing silencers and team work to silently take out enemies with out being detected

It just feels a bit overused to me in that small area.. i might remove one of them maybeee the one after team work.. other than that, great info and very well laid out.

the interview was great, stakeout seems like a funny guy to talk to. the only thing i really noticed was he meant to type "Diablo 3" and put "diable 3" instead. uhmm i very rarely edit anything the person i interview says, mostly just to freshen it up with capitalization, punctuation, etc.. but i would go ahead and fix that.

great job radio ^.^

i wouldnt mind seeing atleast 1 more article from you. just from looking at your recent games would you wanna do one onnnn gotham city impostors? we havent had anything on that game.. dunno if its new or old lol.

Gotham City Impostors
GothamCityImposters1.jpg

In this quirky first person shooter, the player takes the role of a thug in one of two factions, the "bats" and the "Jokers". Aptly named, each faction supports the acts of their idols. Players must fight one another using jerry-rigged weapons, such as spring loaded boots and soda bottle rocket launchers, along with the standard assault rifles, SMGs, and Snipers.

There is no campaign in this game, though the various multiplayer modes make the game well worth the 1600 MP spent. Players can have an all out brawl between the Bats and Jokerz in the traditional TDM, or go for more objective based game modes. In "Fumigation", each faction has an objective they must reach, a giant gas bomb. This would be the C.O.D. equivalent of Demolition. "Bounty hunter" is a faction based game mode that requires each team to collect tokens from fallen enemies, with only the tokens counting towards the score.

The game offers the ability to individualize each class, everything from your characters frame size(each with its own benefits such as stamina, health, and speed), Weapons and their attachments, to gadgets used in the fight. Gotham city imposters is suprisingly graphic, coming from Warner Brothers studio.
With the use of grappling hooks, gliding capes, and even skates, this game adds a fresh twist to the First Person genre. It's never been more fun to be an amateur vigilante or villain.

The Specs:
offline: split screen only
Online: XBL/PSN- 2-6 players per team.
Rating: T- for teen
DLC is available.

Pretty good. lthough it lacks some info so if the elngth was increased it would be a really article. Along with more elaborations on nclear points such as characters and feel of the game. Maybe adding personnal experiences or your own thoughts on the game would help. Overall, very good concept
