i really like the border how did you do it
when everything is done make a new layer on top of everything, the Select>All, Edit>Stroke 10px Black, then edit>stroke 8px white, then edit>stroke 6px or 5px black(depends on how big you want the white bar). then set that layer on overlay. then make a new layer above it and add the normal 1px black border.
