ACHIEVEMENT PROBLEMS

i was supposed to get an achievement for getting a triple kill for the first time, getting a double kill with one spartan laser blast, and getting to spartan officer ranks. Has this happened to anyone else?

Well for the laser are you talking about the too close to the sun achievement or two for one ? and the triple kill must be in lonewolves same with the 2 for one

I've multiple times have gotten a double kill with the spartan laser and its failed to give me the achievement too.

to get the two for one achievement you must do on lone wolves or rumble pit same for the triple kill.

i have trouble getting annual just because it is hard.

Some achievements seem to be glitched in a sense, where it wont recognize tyhat youve accomplished it. It almost always does the 2nd time you do it though.
