hi i am (smokey4202) I am a member of XGC SOLDIERS XK PVT in alpha squad I ran into a person who was modding I called xbox live to report this person the first representative of xbox live transferred me 5 times to higher departments the person I spoke with there when he found out I was part of a gaming community he asked me to ask my gaming community to report this person for system tampering, cheating, and threatening on their website and on the xbox 360 console and to call1-800-4my-xbox the service number to tell the representative when you call so they know why you are calling is1167932639 and my name is if they need it it is TRAVIS WILLIAMSON. this person threatened me and my family if I reported him he also said he had over 25 250GB hard drives with movies and tv shows and games all stolen on them. the representative at xbox live told me that if they received a certain number of complaints this person would have his account frozen on xbox live and they could stop him from ever uing his name to purchase any xbox live gold memberships. the representative went on to tell me that xbox live takes threats of peoples lives very seriously and asked me to ask all of you too please report this person in the above way I stated so that then xbox live would have enough complaints to act on. this person's gamertag is (TheXenonMB) he is located in the united kingdom. xbox live and I thank you for your time and help with this matter.

Thats unfortunate that that happened to you.

However I am not filing a complaint or calling microsoft bout someone who I have no experiance of modding or being abusive as there is no way for me to know that they have done these things.

People have tried to get me banned by sending out messages telling everyone to file complaints against me just because I beat them, usually they try and say I was modding, which is a complete lie.

I agree with Blite.

Members that have not had direct contact with said individual shouldn't actually file complaints - Microsoft can consider it a false complaint since they have not actually played with that person and may just seem like trouble makers.

If the person is modding etc. as bad as you say - their time will come. The Xbox mod team or scanners will catch up with them eventually.

Also another tip - you say he threatened you? Then the best route to take would be to PM (NOT xbox message) one of the Xbox Policy Enforcement Team over on xbox.com - be sure to describe your case and provide appropriate evidence.

I have had experience with a similar person and messaged a PET member directly and said individual has been perma-banned (the context was a bit different in my case however the outcome should be similar for you).

number 1 I am not lying and yes I do see your point if I had not been on world at war then I could of recorded and have proof but I have proof that I'm not lying on the fact that you can call xbox live give them the information number that I gave in my message and they will inform you that I am in fact not lying and that they recommended I do this because he has had complaints against them before but never enough for xbox to do anything about it and as far as me lying in making this up because he beat me in a game you can check with my general I am not like that (XGC KEG) he is my general and he can verify that under the strict guidelines of XGC SOLDIERS XK that 1 we are totally against modding too we do not allow line and after all it is just a game and I could be kicked out of XGC 4 lying about this and I am not lying I would not risk being kicked out over someone who is literally stealing and modding on xbox live I did what xbox higher management told me to do so that xbox would finally receive the complaints complaints to act up on this I understand that you're not there to witness this directly yourself but I would not risk being sent out from my squad 4 lying I would not lie about this just because someone beat me at a game and again I was doing what xbox live told me to do giving out the service request number and explaining what had happened I am 31 years old I don't get mad when people beat me I tell them the same thing the rest of my squad does good game and you can verify this with my general and the section leader again thank you for your time

I have not said you are a liar, just that I am not going to submit a complaint against someone that I have no experiance of, as others have tried to get me banned in this way.

I doubt Microsoft would have said to tell everyone you can to file complaints against him, as on the off chance he isnt cheating and gets banned how is that fair on him? Like I have said already people have tried to do this to me in halo.

Also just to point out that I have heard a lot of people call others modders (including a lot within XG who have accused others of modding), even though all it has been is bad lag. More possabilities to consider.

If he deserves to get banned he will eventually by people he has played with filling complaints against him. You've filled a complaint against him now just let it go.
