AN ACCURATE COUNT?

So I was out recruiting and I was talking to a potential recruit about the community and telling him how many members we had registered on the site but I couldn't really give him an accurate number of how many members (that are in clans) we have. So I was wondering if their was way to separate the number of registered members versus the active members that are in clans, I mean it's nice to boast about almost 80,000 members on a site but unfortunately as MR XGN had pointed out in a past "convo" that even he could be counted as a members so how legit is our 80,000 ya know. If i'm going to brag or inform potential members about our community and how many members we actually have i'd like to at least be in the ballpark figure of what it is. Does anyone else agree with this? I'd like to know opinions.

That'd be nice if they had something on the main forum page telling us how many active members we have. Like how it tells us how many registered members we have.

It's usually half of what ever the registered number is. That's what I was always told

Nah I totally don't believe that, because if it was really that many we would have way more support as far as Events, the Youtube channel, hell even the amount of members on the website would be higher ya know. Idk just a thought as far as that goes.

One would think so however there are a lot of people who don't get on the site ever once registered but they are always gaming. I know several who only game with the clans for clan wars, never on the site, and so we have to place them on the inactive list and/or out of the user group. I know I don't do much of the YouTube thing except for my personal channel and I have only attended a couple events. I'm always on the site and on xbox though. It's all about what interests each person. Some people register and think it's only a one time thing they have to do to register also.

On average, each clan within XG is roughly 30 members. Some clans have more members, some have less. If you were to do the math for each clan being 30 members each, XG would have approximately 4,740 active members which could be rounded up to 5,000.

We have been a community since 2006, 8 years. Therefore, we've had thousands of members come and go. Our total member's list is much higher than our actual active members since we do not delete user's accounts from the site.

Here's a breakdown:

KoG - 35 Clans (35x30=1,050)
SYN - 27 Clans (27x30=810)
XDC - 2 Clans (2x30=60)
XGC - 94 Clans (94x30=2,820)
