AN ODD SNIPER TACTIC IN BLACK OPS....

Hey' I've noticed that a lot of players use hacker.....and love finding motion sensors. So I had an idea, I've decided to place a motion sensor in a place that I can snipe at, then when players approach them' they appear on the sensor and I see them and am alerted when it is destroyed. Try it out!

That's definitely not an "odd" tactic. That's actually pretty common. There was a phase on CodMw2 where ppl were using sit-rep... during that phase I used to place claymores just to bait people. Cod4 it was much more instrumental because a lot of people used Bomb Squad. This game, even more people use Hacker, but there really aren't but a couple opportune sniping spots. That's just my opinion. But, no, it's not odd at all. It's the same principle as using a care package to bait the enemy

yeah similarly effective with the scrambler, as now you don't have to be in the scrambled zone, and can shoot at them when they go to smash it and they will have limited capacity to know where you are shooting from ( though all their teammates outside the range will see you fine...).

Hah I give up on snipeing on Bops, what they did too it when you try to draw your sites up on the gun of how it sways! and all the awsome hit markers are jusy wonderful!! lol

If you want one shot sniping, you have to play HC... bottom line. I am starting to like hardcore a lot more.
