i think there should be a thread in every clans (XGC, KoG, and SYN) clan section of the forums where new members can post what there tag is what they like and dislike like already about there clan and tell a lil bit about themselves and what they are expecting from there clan as in kindness active members and participation. this would also give other members of there clan or other clans a chance to get to now the person and feal comfortable talking to each other.

Member Info

The new site has quite an extensive member profile page along with the ability to make a personal user page or blog. You would simply have to get their name from your clans member list and search for there name under the site members to learn all kinds of info about your fellow members. Other wise they can post any requests in your clans area.
