I got a PSVita and the call of duty game for it today, and here is my review for both.
PSVita: 6/10
I have a few reasons for giving it a 6. The back touchpad is close to useless. It could have had good functionality, but to use it correctly, you have to hold the system in a goofy way.
The PSN is lamer on the vita than it was on the psp. There is no way to transfer games that you had the umd discs for to the vita. You have to rebuy them from the PSN store, and it has a VERY slim selection of PSP games to download. If you choose to buy a game, there is a very silly/mildly complicated way to transfer your saves from the PSP to the PSvita.
Also, if you had addons for a PSP game, you cannot use them on the vita.
You would think Sony would let you interact between the two systems better, since they made both, but they do not.
Call of Duty: Black Ops Declassified - 5/10
The game isn't bad. The multiplayer servers are laggy, but the skill level of those playing makes up for it(I went 19-0 my first multiplayer match). The way you throw grenades/knife is odd, but still functional.
Also, it is insanely hard to get into a match. It will find players, then kick you back to the main menu. When it kicks you back, the game lags out and you have to restart the game
