Does anyone know where the entrances are to blackreach?

The easiest one that I go to is Altfand. If you left Blackreach the way that the game directs you after getting the...the reason you went in there in the first place...it should be on your world map. Just fast travel there and take the lift down. 
The other two lifts that are around the same area are Mzinchaleft and Raldbthar.
