CONTROLLER VIBRATION

I don't currently have halo3, or a 360 as a matter of fact (RRoD), but why would you want to turn off vibrations? It helps you know if you are getting shot at by a SMG or something from behind, without looking at your health meter constantly.

I believe if you go to the dashboard, you should be able to adjust your vibration settings. I really have no clue, but it's worth a try, right?

Messes up your aim, ever so slightly. You learn to know when you're being hit.

Okay, here's how you do it. It was driving me crazy.

Hit the guide button (Middle Vibration).
Select Personal Settings
Select Vibration
And uncheck Enable Vibration.

Happy gaming.

No problem.

Are you non-vibration guys noticing it's a little harder to tell when you're getting hit and where from? I'm sure I'll adjust.

Yeah controller vibration does mess up your aiming, you will know if you are getting shot because you will see a red arrow coming from the direction you are getting shot from.

not only does it mess with your aim and the human sniper in h3 is harder to use anyway, if you have a wireless controller it drains your battery charge faster if you have vibration turned on.
