Not really liking the golden yellow, perhaps a brighter yellow? Also, blur the inner side of the arm, I see a white outline.

No its like a white outline of the arm, It looks like its from rendering. unless you did a pentool around the guy

I did, it's a slight highlight of the arm, I wanted to kind of trace it as a heavy focal.
