Before all Events begin you must inform all Participants that if they cause drama or a disruption they will be kicked from the lobby with no invite back. All Rules and Regulations must be told to all participants of your Event before you begin.

The Hosts of the Event have the right to remove any member who causes drama or a disruption in their Event.

On top of this, after your event is approved, you must keep in contact with the Xiled Event Coordinators to keep communication flowing. If we do not hear from you, your event is not going to be spammed out.

You are expected to talk to XGC Buffy XS or XGC TAURUS XD at least one week prior to your event to make sure everything is still on track. The Lead Event Coordinators reserve the right to deny any Event they feel is not appropriate for the Events Team.
