FIOS TROUBLE!!!!

Does anyone have trouble connecting to Xbox Live with their Fios router? I'm using a direct connect to the router and still having trouble! I'm about to pull my hair out if this doesn't get resolved!

I'm paying like $100 a month for internet service so I don't have these problems, but so far Fios has given me nothing but issues.

HELP ANYONE???????

So I switched to a wireless connection and now I'm not having any problems, which is crazy that a wired connection would have issues. Oh well!
