i don't know what shout cast means...but by online radio station do you mean like KXGC your online music source for the baddest noob pwning music this side of reach? cuz that sounds interesting but also might require a lil too much effort

Shout Cast is the program that you use to make the radio station ( http://www.shoutcast.com/ ). I hear its realy easy to set up so that sounds like a good idea for someone to do.
