GTA IV DLC?

Anybody heard any info about the GTA IV DLC that Microsoft paid $50 million for. I have heard rumors of addons to the map (eg. larger map, more cars, missions, and peds) but it hasnt been confirmed. Anybody heard any thing bigger than that?
