I had a lot of personal matters going on with my health and my father's health since he went through heart surgery fluid builds around his lungs so he has to go to hospital

Can you explain why you where were in the kog delta user group with the your other account MR Alterain you have 7 days to respond or it will denied incomplete

Who told you to create another one? Also you are leaving out that after you left you still stayed in the KOG Delta usergroup with your other account.
