u need 800 microsoft points to buy them from the xbox 360 marketplace and u can buy 1600 for 20$

Im sure you can find a refurbished hard drive somewhere for cheap.
Maybe you can try Amazon?

Just to let you guys know there will be a new set of maps coming out this spring. If you go to bungie.net it shows one of the new maps.
