they are 2 different games. I think they are both great in their ow respects. However i like BO2 more.

Being a huge halo fan I have to give it to Halo 4 but black ops 2 is a pretty sick game I'm really impressed with them both.

Depends on what you prefer, they are both fps but they both share their own qualities.
