why haven't i bin accepted in this community i have bin waiting for a week to be let back in is there any court system where i can appeal for a case or a hearing amongst higher ranks

It's common for cases of returning members to take a week or two. The higher ups have their hands full and they try to do a full background check (such as other accounts related to your IP address). I would suggest sending a friend request to the Division Leader or Section Leader handling your scenario to have a more direct communication route.
