Well said Ackbone! Both of you are quite correct. What you need to do Snoop is hit up your former SYN section leader (if they are still around) as well as one of the SYN division leaders, preferrably SYN Bunite XD or SYN K1NG XD. Give them all of your information (ie; what clan you were in, who your general was, why you left and how long ago, etc) and they will bring it up at a meeting and we will vote on you. You should hit them up ON THE BOX to get the quickest response. A pm or post in a forum can not really take the place of an actual conversation on the box.

While you are right, you don't have to sound so *****y about it. I keep in touch with my xs. If you want I'll help you. Or you could ask the council in the council forums to vote on you. The latter is easier on everyone, but it may not get done for days. You're choice. Like

Snoop, as a former general, you should of course know the proper procedure for getting someone back in. You showed bad leadership in what you did and so your actions will have consequences. You will wait just like everyone else.

Ackbone was simply telling you something you should already know and your being a snob by your last reply. And if you didn't notice, an XC was in here reading this so I'm pretty sure the word is out to the leaders.
