I could help you out. For starters, did you leave the community or did you just go innactive? Also, which of the divisions are you interested in joining XGC (18+), SYN (16+), or KoG (all ages)... (SYN I assume? I base this off your previous tag)?

well, to be honest, scenarios where members leave and want to come back are taken care of on a case by case basis by the higher ups. So it wont be as simple as we might have believed. However, I'll try to contact someone of higher rank to help you
Also, how long ago did you leave?
Update: I've sent a message to my General, KoG Comrade, so the case can go up the ranks through the Chain of Command and ultimately reach the leaders whom take care of the case.
