Yeh, for some reason ps does that.

No for some reason uploading it does that but yea. It looses quality I think. I put a levels on it. I'll upload it.

It looks brighter here cause you're viewing it contrasted to a darker background. ie. the page. So it makes the illusion that the image it brighter then it really is.
