Researcher Notes:
This will be the second time this member coming back.
UG Removal - 9/20/16 - SYN Marshall XS verifies this member went inactive at that time.
UG Removal - Left the community. member has cut all ties and have not said anything to the clan members or myself, he did send one member a message that says he left the community, this member will need to return back through the gwg if he tries to return.
