You guys need to be careful when someone posts like this saying "they are interested in joining." 8/10 times we have found ex members trying to sneak back in this way. This should be a red flag and if you are not sure about the possible recruit send me a PM and I'll look into it to make sure they are not an ex member. If it's too good to be true....
