XGC Yoda
New member
Recently I interview our newest Section Leader and my good friend. Take some time to get to know the girl behind the interviews. Hope you enjoy!
Yoda: Have you been in any clans prior to XG?
Bun: No, In H2 my friends and I had our own clan. No Prisoners. It was fun. Nothing serious. I kept staff to myself and if I didn't like a persons tag or how they played I just kicked them out. Loved that.
Yoda: Who recruited you?
Bun: Silent Shadow. He's in Huricane now. XGC Black Ops XS , Dienasty Warrior and Silent were always telling me you can't run a successful clan without an Honor Code. They were in XGC and always talking about it. I didn't get it until H3 came out and our clan was a bit lost. So I talked my friends into giving it a try.
Yoda: What clans have you been in?
Bun: I came over to XGC Oblivion with 5 of my No Prisoners friends and that Clan immediately left XG. That left the 6 of us and we didn't understand how things worked. We had our own clan meetings, just running around maps killing each others. Wondered which of us was General. Same thing we always did. On the Forums, XGC Crosseyed sent me a message, "Where did I get my gamertag." It was Crosseyedbunny, so I told him if a Crossedeyed Bunny could kill you, you had to suck. We've been friends ever since. He got with Wardawg and transfered all of us to Innovation. I went over to Jurisdiction for a while to work with XGC Crazzy FS. OverlordJ and I became Generals in other clans, but the rest of us are still in Innovation.
Yoda: How long did it take for you to reach section leader?
Bun: 1 year and 3 months. All of it Fun. I loved every position I've had. It is always sad to move up, I miss my old job and it's hard to give up those responsibilities to someone else.
Yoda: Any advice for the Generals looking to become section leaders?
Bun: I don't feel like I did that great a job. I'm always learning, always asking. My best friends in XG, OverlordJ, Cro553y3d, Crazzy, BigDaddy, Wardawg, get tired of me asking "What would you do." I don't take their advice but I put it in perspective with what I know and make a decision. Sometimes it's right sometimes it's not, but I learned something from the experience and keep moving forward.
Yoda: Anyone you will miss in XGC Hurricane?
Bun: They aren't going anywhere and neither am I.
Yoda: Tell us about what you do in the News Team?
Bun: Interviews. If I have a question or someone asks me something I don't know, I figure others want to know too. I find out who could answer that and go ask them.
Can't get a better assignment than that.
Yoda: How many interviews have you done so far?
Bun: Not enough. Have some on the agenda to do and I'm looking forward to them.
Yoda: Where do you see the News Team in another year?
Bun: Not a clue. I do interviews. I hear they have big things planned. I'd like to see it become the XGC News Paper. The place to go to see who got promoted, what clans split, who won the latest tournament, that kind of stuff. Current events I guess.
Yoda: As a News Team Leader and Section Leader do you think your job will be harder?
Bun: I don't look at it as a job. It's what I do for fun. I think it's going to be more fun. Hylander said it was anyway, and I believe him.
Yoda: Who in XG has really had a huge impact on you?
Bun: XGC Wardawg XS. He was my first real General, taught us how to do things the right way.
Less serious...
Yoda: Where do you live?
Bun: I live in Florida, we have a nice group of XG in Florida.
Yoda: What's you favorite food? Dessert.
Bun: Don't have a favorite, I like to switch it up.
Yoda: What forum game is your favorite.
Bun: 3 word game plus 1. That extra word really add a lot. In Hurricane we have Fill in the Blank. We made it up. It's pretty fun. Not going to explain it, you have to read it to find out.
Yoda: Where do you see yourself in ten years?
Bun: An island with a hammock, a grill and a T-Shirt shack. I'll make sure it has internet.
Yoda: Finally give us your future goals in XG, where do you see yourself down the line?
Bun: Trying not to get Booted for the Fill in the Blank game.
Thanks for taking the time to sit in the hot seat Bunny, I appreciate everything you do in the News Team. You are very deserving of your promotion, and we all very proud of you.
