IS ANYONE ELSE TIRED OF PLAYING 10 AND UNDER KIDS ON BO2!?!?

Little kids, get so bent out of shape if you shoot them, win, reload, have agun in hand, talk, throw a grenade, dive, capture a flag, basically anything in Black Ops 2. The game is rated 'M' for mature for a reason. Pity so many parents don't know or care what their child is playing.

Yea that's the main reason I am taking a break from FPS's atm. WAY TOO MANY pre-pubescent kids whining and begging for someone to talk to them. I wish the ratings system would be enforced like it was when Mortal Kombat created the rating system.

The instant I here a little kid voice, you can't measure the short length of time how quick I can mute them. The satisfaction is uncanny too :D

As an avid Xbox Liver with a 10 year old brother who plays with me frequently (on Halo 4), I can say that not all children are the same. A lot of people bash him right away when he starts talking because he sounds young, even if he hasn't said anything bad at all. Half the time we'll just be speaking with each other and anyone with a mic will start calling him out.

I know there are some annoying kids out there, but assuming that because they're a kid they must suck and deserve to be cursed out is counter-productive and rude.

Also, I know adult gamers who whine more than kids, and just because your balls dropped and you have a deep manly voice doesn't make it excusable. Just saying. ;)

i agree with u there, i never cursed them out just when they get really loud i try to ask them to be quiet and if that don't work i mute them. just like i wish i could mute clap trap in bdl2.

there are a lot of immature 10 year olds on xbox, but i would venture to say there are even more immature 21 years olds on xbox. just mute the people you don't want to talk to, it's simple!

They shouldnt be able to play it at all

Not necessarily, I have no problem with kids playing games. I have a problem with kids playing M rated games though and the parents hear language they don't like and are like "Oh my poor childs ears" yet they forget M rated gameplay and

i sell video games for a living, and i know that we are very strict with the M rating at our store... most parents don't care tho... i'd say 1 in about 10 parents actually tell their 10 year olds that they can't have the M rated games. even the parents that limit their kids still let them play call of duty and halo tho... think about it, on these games you are going to here cursing and see violence... both of which you are going to see on public tv anyway...

@Jehuty online interactions are not rated by the ESRB, but that's true for all online games... I know for a fact that there is just as much lewdness/cursing/slander on "Uno" as there is on call of duty... simply because any game you play online you are going to run into bad people that hide behind the anonymity of the internet.

im sure you play with a ton of 10 year olds every day and never even notice it (some of them are quiet and some don't have mics) but just like everything else, it just takes the bad few to ruin the experience for everybody. if you meet 5 annoying 10 year olds in a night you say all of them are annoying, but in reality you prolly played with 20 that you didn't even know were younger... imo i'd rather play with/against a younger child on xbox than with a 30 year old racist (there are plenty of those too)

I agree, especially uno, I joined 1 game and some 20 year old guy started telling racist jokes. When people talk about whiny 10 year olds, I get the impression of those kids that start Doing " I screwed your mom" over the mic It gets kinda old hearing a foul-mouthed whiny child start screaming at you because you are killing em in a game of cod. Granted not all children are whiny, but hearing a child shout profanities at me is a lot more annoying than a 20 year old doing it, but I guess that is just preference, regardless I still mute both :D

Some parents use the Xbox like a babysitter and think the ratings system doesnt apply to them or their kids (that or simply dont care). I use the mute feature when I have to, and tell them to stfu if I feel the need, other than that, theres nothing you can do.

Thats the beauty of XG, you make friends with and play with folks here... theres no need to expose yourself to the squeekers, unless youre trying to recruit..

True, However I don't tell them to STFU for obvious reasons. I normally say, "uhh get muted squeeker" and then the button is pressed XD
