Mission 7 Completion - 25 points

You won’t get this achievement straight away so don’t be alarmed. You have to complete the mission afterwards and you’ll get it. If you haven’t gotten it still, play another mission and you should definitely get it.

Mission 14 Completion - 50 points
Complete Story Mission 14
This is the same as mission 7 completion. You’ll have to complete one or two missions after the 14th mission to get this achievement.

All Story Missions Completed - 125 points

All you have to do is complete the story mode. The last 3 missions can be fairly hard because the difficulty just seems to shoot up. So here are some tips for each of them:

Taking out the garbage Vol. 1 – Alright, you want this to be nice and easy so there are two things you can do. First, while you’re in your helicopter you can jump to an enemy helicopter from the one you’re in. Watch for the red arrow on the map and when it gets close by look for the button. Once you’re in it, fly to your mission area and destroy the enemy tank as fast as you can.
The other way is to jump down into the water and ride your boat to the beach. Once you’re there, clear out the area and grapple onto an enemy helicopter. You can do it the hard way by running all the way there, but there are a lot of tanks that’ll give you a hard time.
Taking out the garbage Vol. 2 – You’re going to steal a jet here and hunt down some cruise missiles. All you have to do is follow the missiles and destroy them. I have one suggestion; do not let your jet blow up. The next segment is bloody hard without the jet. So I suggest you to keep your jet alive until Vol. 3 so you don’t have to use a gyrocopter or steal a jet/helicopter.

Taking out the garbage Vol. 3 – You’ll have to catch up with el presidente’s airplane. All you have to do is use your jet to hang over the left side of his jet or above it and go into stunt position. Once you’re there, a button will show up that’ll allow you to jump to the plane. Once you’re in start taking out people. Eventually you’ll go into a sky diving contest with el presidente. You’ll have to plant an explosive on him. Dive down to him but you’ll have to slow down so you don’t pass him. When you get close to him, press “A” to plant the explosive. This will take a few tries, but you’ll get a hang of it eventually.

This requires patience and a lot of it. You have to complete every green mark on the map to take over all the provinces. The way I did it was I worked from the outside in. That way I could keep track of what I was doing and not doing.

The missions aren’t hard but sometimes you’ll run into that odd tank. When you run into trouble with the “explosive” tank, make sure next time you have a rocket launcher and you can sneak around so it can’t see you.

It can be a major pain because the explosive tank never misses and kills you very quickly. If you think you can do it, you can bring in a helicopter but make sure you take care of the air before you take care of the ground.

These ones are the yellow marks on the map. While you’re liberating (green), make sure you do these along the way. It’ll save a lot of time. You can probably do each of these in a minute minimum. If you unlocked the Jackson skreemer or chimera, jump in it and start blowing the place away. They’ll have a tiny little purple helicopter which you can take care of easily. Take that down and let it rip. This shouldn’t take too long if you have the skreemer or chimera.

These are symbolized by the racing flags. For some of the missions, you can use a helicopter or a gyrocopter. The only problem is you have to fly through that arrow through the red checkpoint for it to count as you going through. Most of these aren’t very hard but make sure you pace yourself. Don’t go all wild and fast then find yourself beached or exploded near the end of the race. Usually you have enough time to do it all. For the airplane mission, I suggest you learn how to handle a plane before the race. It was my first time really swooping and curving with an airplane and I had a hell of a time crashing. Don’t try and take shortcuts and stick to the long ways. It’ll benefit you in the end.

All Collect Missions Completed - 45 points

These are labeled as the blue dots on the map. All you have to do is collect all the blue dots on the map and voila! You should be able to get all of these in 1 hour and a half or 2. If you have the gyrocopter this would be extremely easy. You can also easily get stuck not being able to find some. Some of them are in the water, some are on top of buildings, and if you definitely can’t find it, go to where the blue dot is and go up. It’s most likely above you if you can’t find it on the ground.

All you have to do is complete 50 side missions. Side missions in this game are unlimited. So what you do is grab a chimera, skreemer, or some fighting helicopter and go to a side mission place. Use the copter to kill whatever, land grab whatever if you have to grab anything, and fly back. It should take you around an hour to do 50. You can do a mission at one guy infinite amount of times from what I’ve experience. The side missions are available after you’ve liberated or have done a take over.

You’ll get this through normal progression of the game. These will probably one of the first achievements you’ll get.

Alright, you’ll want to kill a whole bunch of cops to get to 5 wanted level. Once you’ve done that, just sit in a safe area away from automobiles (helicopters will blow you up) and keep killing until you’ve hit 5 minutes. Since your pistol ammo is unlimited and you’ll pick up guns from the cops, just sit around and don’t stop killing.

20 Land Vehicle Stunts - 10 points

Some people have trouble with this but car-to-car should count as a land vehicle. Some people said this doesn’t work for them so get in a helicopter, jump out, and jump to vehicle should do the trick.

Get into the boat and start speeding up. Go into stunt position and parachute off. Once you’ve parachuted off, jump back to the vehicle. Rinse and repeat and you should have the achievement.

This can be difficult if you don’t know what you’re doing. The easiest way I did it was car to chopper. For some reason no matter how high the chopper is, you can jump to it from a vehicle.
