I'm a writer by hobby, and I'd been working on a story I've been trying to write for almost ten years while eating dinner in a Denny's. I had just begun making progress when I realized that I should probably do reconnaissance work by posting stories online under a pseudonym. I sat down, and thought about a couple of things, such as where'd I'd be posting, and what name would figure into my own personal creativeness.

After a while, I decided on the name Kasiniare.

It's a complicated mixture of a lot of things about myself:

The fact that my own family doesn't know whether my name is spelled with a C or a K (A C for the record). - this led me to looking for a name that started with K.

The fact that I was sent to a strict religious private school for most of my elementary years, and as a result, am one of the most moral, ethical, forgiving and philanthropic agnostics (read: non-devout Christian) that most people in my life know of. I have a fascination with the idea of accepting human flaws and mistakes and the idea of educated redemption, and have, as such, made the concept of Sin my theme. I wanted to have the idea of being an accepting Sinner in my name as well.

My love of Romantic languages: Spanish, Latin, Italian, for their beautiful phonetics and involvement with my personal life led me to make the name follow their phonetic theme.

K-a Siniare (sinner) = Kasiniare (pronounced cah-sin-e-air)
