Anymore CnC? Tryin to improve, also accepting pointers on how to make the render pop out of the sig, something similar to tommyguns san Francisco Sig under his name. Don't know the technical term LOL

Your height can't be over 200, so the best way is to make your sig around 130-140. Make sure the sig is near completion before te next step. increase your canvas size to 200. It takes some playing around with, but that is the jist of it. If you need a more in depth, I will send it to you later. Kinda difficult on my phone

To get the render to pop out of the back ground you have to make the background smaller height wise than the work area you are working on, hope that makes sense!! For example on my 9ers sig I have a work area of 419x200 but the background only covers 419x150 and the left over 50 pixels is left without any background!! Also when you save the work, you want to save it as a png instead of a jpeg just like you would save a render so that it saves empty space!! I really hope all that made sense!! lol

So this is my first crack at it, i still need practice. but im accepting info and cnc.

no you actually did a very nice job with this one. there is a small blue line around his left hand and arm that really sticks out against everything else. so take an appropriate effect or C4D and try to work it around with the render to help cover that up. or you could blend it i guess. but adding effects around the background helps the render pop that much more. with it the way it is now, you have a background and a wolverine that are the same sharpness, so there is almost no depth between the 2. set your blur tool to 11-14% and create depth with your background. so the far off space should be slightly more blurred than the planet. like so vvvvv

hope this helps

Thanks bro, I actually did redo it after and did those exact things lol. Except I didn't blur the background to add depth, but I will put in my next try whenever I decide to do it again. Thanks for the info, and I'm surprised I did decent on a first crack at it LOL. But with some practice and yalls CnC maybe i will get pretty good at it
