What's up XG-
Kynetick here (pronounced Ki-'ne-tik), just wanted to say thanks for the opportunity to be a part of your community. I met Antiqueroadshow in Rumble Pit a couple days ago and had a good game with him, and he decided to bring me in. Best thing that ever happened to me in Halo for sure, I'm fully impressed with the demeanor, skill, and tone of the clan, and I'm grateful to be a part of an organization such as this.
I'm specifically a member of XGC Specialists on Halo2, and when promoted, I'm hoping for MLG or Skirmish squad. I play mostly with my wife aka Izchu (pronounced ish-you), who was out of town when I was recruited but I'm hoping to get her on board too.
Yes, my wife plays Halo...she's even been known to force me to stay up past my bedtime to play...eat your heart out fellas.
I play mostly from 9pm to 11pm MST, though as practice and tourneys require I am going to try to be on earlier, at least a couple days a week. Thing is I have a daughter, and even if I wanted to play while she was awake, she wouldn't let me. But we don't want to spend her childhood glued to a controller, so we make it a point not to play until she goes to bed.
Anyhow, I'm still pretty new to Halo 2, about 4 months experience in matchmaking so far. I have a lot of room to grow, but being in XGC just these last couple of days has already improved my game significantly. As far as the type of gamer I am, I'm very competitive, and I've been known to get too attached to winning, but I'm always working to move away from just trying to win every game to spending the game improving my skills and knowledge of opportunities (while still trying to win of course, you get the idea). I'm looking forward to learning more from XGC and helping us represent with skill and honor. Look me up anytime, always willing to hang out.
Much respect XGC, thanks again.
