I am thinking of going in to the military when I am older. But I am not certain on what branch I want to go into. I have been hearing many options and many points, the bad part is the things I have been hearing could or could not be bias. So if you all do not mind giving me some information on what would be best to go into I would gladly appreciate it.

I have a similar problem but i know what branch i am going into but what i am goin to be when i am there. In my opinion, the Marines are the way to go but research on you likes and dislikes and what you want to do.

If i were you i would not go into the marines or army (sorry for all who are in there). I have had many friends join and as soon as you are done with all your training, if you dont do some sort of specialized training after ie sniping, you get sent out right away. Personally i dont think you wanna come fresh out of high school and about a year later be right on the front lines. Air Force and Navy are more laid back and arent really on the front lines. You need to have decent grades to get into the Navy or Air Force though. This is all i heard from my friends who have joined so if any of you know for a fact. Tell my im wrong.
