I would say the present day unless, if over the web-site's history they are still in XGC. This is basically qualifys the currently registered members.

i honestly dont know, i mean i could go by the amount of posts people have but that could be aqcuired over a long period of time. So im not too sure.

true i find myself doing that sometimes when im bored but i normally stick to the game topics like the three word game and stuff like that so im not posting nonsense in a serious thread.

I do it but i am serious about the stuff in the thread and help them out but they do not reply as fast as I do. But yeah you see the point though sometime people will post non related stuff in something that another member could need help with.

Off the top of my head I'd say Bunite.
Problem is how to you separate out the folks who are Mods/ Admin (who have a responsibility to be here) and the folks actively participating in threads (and not simply post-pumping?)
I've admin'd a couple and modded several forums and...to answer my own question...you can't without seeming like you're cherry-picking and being exclusionary.
You could run a script to see who has posted the most in a given time period, but you still couldn't separate the wheat from the chaff, so it's kind of pointless.
Anyhow, sorry. I'm waxing philosophical instead of voting.
