Actually something you can do throughout the day to work out your midsection is whenever your sitting down watching TV or in class or something like that just tighten your stomach for 30 seconds at a time. Just do that for as long as you can. I know it doesn't seem like much but you'll deff start feeling it after doing it after a while. I'm trying to get in better shape too and I started to do that and it deff has shown some results. I learned that from L.L. Cool J and no **** or anything but I wouldn't mind having a body like him lol.
