NEW MEMBER LOOKING TO JOIN XGC TEAM FOR XBOX

I have been running into more and more members of the XGC community lately. One key thing that has always been an issue is that these members refuse to work with squads in CoD 3. I am curious if this is a new requirement for membership or have I just been getting paired up with the poor teammates that choose to give XGC a bad name?
Years ago, I served in XGC Xplicit as Lt. for 4th squad. Now I would like to get back into a XGC team to correct these issues from inside the same chain.
I respect all clans, but XGC was always the one I would like to get back to.

i play halo and am down with battlefield, everyone else in my clan plays cod and junk though. sorry you had a bad experience with some members, would you mind me asking what happened for you to leave explicit?

lol, you still can't say you are the best halo player here, across the pond over there you may be the best to rep xgc. But first things first, gotta figure out what happened before anyone can move forward.

Arena is a poor reflection of skill and is really just a joke. I mean it is a playlist that is suppose to be about skill due to the ranks yet it has randomness factors such as bloom and armor abilities as well as terrible maps that are in no way even, red spawn on sword base for example. I only really play it when I am drunk and even then not that often. I have been rated in onyx division numerous times however.

I play mostly MLG and generally do fairly well in it. Actually beat someone the other day that placed very well at a MLG event.

Without sounding big headed I am better than anyone else that I have ever met here and would be willing to bet that I am the best here with regards to halo.

I am sure that there are a lot of better people than me here at CoD, BF and various other games however.

most certainly black ops and all that other non sense, but really the area is t u updated so 85% is alright, and wins are what counts, thats basically it, you win, you go up.

Any amount of bloom adds randomness to the gameplay, which is not good for a competitive environment. Added to that the abysmal map selection where it is not uncommon for one team to have a better spawn point and the inclusion of AA makes arena a joke in my eyes.

Ill stick to MLG, a playlist that generally has better players than those in arena (or any playlist for that matter) and is also designed to be competitive. Words cannot describe how much better ZBNS is over TU 85%.

Just noticed how long I have spent writing a report for college, almost time for bed I think. Well that was completely unrelated.

Hey sorry about not getting back here to check this post. My main computer took a HD failure so I'm fixing the issue while running my second system.
Ink, the reason that I left was because of two things that were pretty definite at that time. The leadership at the time had made the decision to remove the clan and push members into other clans. Well several of the Lt. and our Capt. tried to change that, but with no luck. At the same time as all that was going down, I had enlisted in the military and was getting ready to leave for Basic. To make the story short, I had too much going on during my enlistment and xbox live account expired.

Primetyme, what are these questions that you wish to ask?
